How Our Network Works
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a local pest control or wildlife business. It is not Laughsurvive Pest Control. We make the introduction. The provider answers your questions, visits your home, and does the work if you hire them.
What happens when you reach out
First, you share the basics. What did you see? Where? How long has it gone on? Photos can help later, but they are not required.
Next, a provider asks a few more questions. They may ask how old your home is. They may ask about past repairs. In older houses, that detail matters.
Then you and the provider talk about a visit and a written quote. Timing depends on the provider. Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise a time.
What to have ready
A few small notes make the first talk easier. You do not need to be perfect. Just jot down what you know.
- Where you saw the problem, such as the kitchen, the attic, or the yard.
- When you first noticed it, and if it is getting worse.
- Any pets or small children in the home.
- What you already tried, such as sprays, traps, or sealing a hole.
If you can, take a few clear photos. Keep your distance from any animal. Do not poke at nests or hives.
What to ask a provider
Keep this short list handy:
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- What do you think the problem is, and why?
- What will you do, step by step?
- Are the products safe for kids and pets? What should we do during treatment?
- Is the quote in writing? What does it include?
- Will there be a follow-up visit?
- For animals: how do you remove them in a humane way, and how do you close the entry holes?
If you do not know a word, ask. A good provider will explain it simply.
You are in control
A request does not lock you in. You can ask questions, compare quotes, and say no. There is no obligation. Take your time to read the quote. Costs vary by job, and a written quote protects you.

Breathe. Then take one step first. Share what you found, and let a local provider take a look.
Request a callback
